Cooking Class: Georgian Khachapuri

Join our Culinary Director Polina Chesnakova for a decadent evening of the Republic of Georgia's wildly popular khachapuri! You'll learn all about the carb-cheese wonder, taste a few regional varieties, and go home with an arsenal of tips and tricks to recreate them in your own kitchen. Menu includes: adjaruli khachapuri; penovani khachapuri; imeruli khachapuri with greens (pkhlovani-style); and a big Georgian salad.

Class is limited to 11 students and is a mix of hands-on and demo. Dinner is included.
