In this hands-on class, professional cheesemaker Meghan McKenna will guide you through how to make homemade halloumi and whey ricotta from start to finish! You will take home your cheese, recipes, and confidence to make these cheeses on your own.
Class is limited to 11 people and is hands-on class. Includes generous samples of cheese and bread. Each student will leave class with 8 oz. of halloumi and 4 oz. of ricotta.
