Cooking Class: Cultured Butter

Join professional cheese and buttermaker Meghan McKenna as she teaches you how to make glorious cultured butter at home. You will use fresh, local Jersey Cream to create French-style butter, Fleur de Sel butter and a variety of compound butter options. You will learn professional wrapping techniques to craft gift-able butter packages for the holidays, as well as how to make a classic ranch dressing from scratch with home-made buttermilk.
Class is limited to 11 people and is hands-on. Includes generous bread and butter samples, along with salad.
Students will be required to wear masks during the non-eating portions of class. Please note that event registration is non-refundable.
