Cooking Class: Pasta for All Seasons

We are so excited to host Michela Tartaglia, chef and co-owner of Pasta Casalinga, for a cooking class to celebrate her new cookbook, Pasta for All Seasons. You will hear how to make fresh bucatini from scratch, using simple, seasonal ingredients from the beautiful PNW.
During this hands-on class you will learn the basics of making pasta - from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping the pasta and cooking it. Along the way, Michela will teach you all the dos and dont's of the Italian cooking tradition. Menu includes: Bucatini all’amatriciana con pomodori cimelio di Billy (bucatini amatriciana with Billy’s Heirloom tomatoes); Summer zucchini-fennel salad with mint, pine-nuts and sumac; and for dessert, Torta Rovesciata alla Pesche.
Class is limited to 11 people and is hands-on. Includes dinner.
