Cooking Class: Pâte à Choux

Students are required to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination + valid ID at the start of class (please plan to arrive early accordingly). Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of ticket, and a refund or store credit will not be issued. Examples of valid proof of COVID-19 vaccinations are: vaccination record card, digital or physical WA state certificate of vaccination from MyIRmobile.com, or a verified electronic medical record printout from a medical provider. Students will also be required to wear masks during the non-eating portions of class.
What can't pate a choux do? Cheesy gougeres, glazed eclairs, ice-cream stuffed profiteroles, freshly fried crullers, and Parisian gnocchi... the list goes on! Join our Culinary Director Polina Chesnakova for a masterclass on the classic French dough and step away knowing how to use it every which way. Menu includes: cacio e pepe gougeres (cheese puffs), Parisian gnocchi with browned butter, lemon, and herbs; glazed eclairs with vanilla bean custard, and choux au craqueline (cream puffs) with strawberry ice cream, chocolate sauce, and crushed pistachios.
Demo-style class with some hands-on components. Includes dinner. Class is limited to 12 people. Please note that event registration is non-refundable.
