Cooking Class: A Pacific Northwest Seafood Feast

One of the many reasons Seattle food writer and KNKX radio personality Nancy Leson loves living in the Pacific Northwest: fresh seafood! In this demo class, she’ll show you how to make a quick meal of fried oysters (buy ‘em shucked!), clean and steam clams and mussels (served Vera Cruz-style, with homemade sourdough bread) and prepare an Asian-inspired version of fresh seasonal fish baked in parchment (perfect for an elegant solo dinner or a do-ahead dinner party).
Class is limited to 11 people and is demo-style. Includes dinner.
