Cooking Class: Summer Veg Dinner Party!

A vegetable-forward feast for friends! Join Zoe Friesen, creator of the blog Dinner at Midnite, for a hands-on class featuring seasonal, celebratory vegetarian fare. You will learn how to make a tahini-smashed beans with za'atar roasted eggplant; couscous with asparagus and mustard greens; potato salad with basil-mint sauce; and for dessert, roasted strawberries and rhubarb with labne.

Class is limited to 11 people and is a combination of hands-on and demo. Includes dinner.
