We are thrilled to welcome Jing Gao to Book Larder to celebrate the release of The Book of Sichuan Chili Crisp: Spicy Recipes and Stories from Fly By Jing's Kitchen. Explore the "not traditional but personal" Sichuan flavors of Fly By Jing's cult favorite spicy and savory chili crisp through 85 hot recipes for everything from dumplings to cocktails to desserts! Jing will be in conversation with Seattle cookbook author Hsiao-Ching Chou.
You'll have two options for joining us: Book Included, or Author Talk Only. The Book Included option includes a signed copy of the $35 book AND a jar of Fly By Jing Chili Crisp. Jing will sign books following the talk.
