In Person Author Talk: Nicole A. Taylor, Watermelon and Red Birds

We're thrilled to welcome Nicole A. Taylor, author of Watermelon & Red Birds: A Cookbook for Juneteenth and Black Celebrations to the Book Larder kitchen. Watermelon & Red Birds is the very first cookbook to celebrate Juneteenth, and draws on Nicole's decade of experience celebrating the holiday. Nicole will be in conversation with Lionesse founder Olaiya Land.

You'll have 2 options for joining us: Book Included and Author Talk Only. If you choose Book Included, you can pick it up from release day (May 31) onwards in case you'd like to have it for Juneteenth. Just let us know in the order notes when you checkout.

Reservations are non-refundable. Because Book Larder is a small space and we keep the door closed during author talks, a well-fitted face mask must be worn by all event guests. Thank you!
