In On The Himalayan Trail Indian food writer and chef, Romy Gill, tells the story of Kashmir and Ladakh’s unique and tantalizing cuisine sharing over 80 extraordinary recipes that can be recreated in your own home kitchen. We're honored to welcome Romy to Book Larder, where she'll discuss her latest book, share stories, answer your questions, and of course, sign copies of On The Himalayan Trail. Romy will be in conversation with Seattle journalist Ruby de Luna.
