Oysters 101 with Hama Hama Seafood Company

It's prime oyster season in the PNW. Join us for a class with oysters and instruction from the fabulous Hama Hama Seafood Company! Hama Hama has been farming oysters and shellfish on the Olympic Peninsula since 1922, and in this class with owner Lissa James, you'll learn about different species of oysters and how they're grown, taste a selection of local oysters, and get some practice shucking your own!
The menu includes: Raw Oyster Tasting, Baked Oysters with Herb Butter, Fried Oysters, and Clams with Dijon Broth.
