Spring is in the air, and what better way to ring it in than with a menu inspired by the season's bounty! Join Joshua Delgado, chef and co-owner of Seattle's Le Coin, as he shows you how simple, local ingredients can be elevated to fine cuisine at home without it feeling stuffy or pretentious. The trio of dishes will showcase seasonal produce from his 3-acre farm in Snohomish River Valley, as well as from other WA farms that the restaurant works with.
