We are excited to welcome Seattle's own Christina Wood to the shop on Tuesday, October 7th for an author talk, Q&A, and book signing to celebrate her debut book, Pastry Temple: A Pastry Cookbook for Croissant, Brioche, and Puff Pastry! Christina, chef/owner of the Central District's Temple Pastries, teaches home cooks to make out-of-this-world, showstopping, sweet and savory bakes by perfecting the Three Pillars of Pastry (brioche, puff pastry, and croissant) with the steady hand of a self-taught baker. Join the cult of the croissant! Christina will be in conversation with journalist and author Naomi Tomky, Seattle Met Food & Drink editor.
