Join us for a launch party on Thursday, November 20th from 6pm-8pm celebrating the inaugural issue of CRUMB, a new print magazine highlighting chefs, recipes, bakeries, brands & people in pastry, created by Emily Kim of Pioneer Square's The Pastry Project!
Choose a ticket that includes a copy of CRUMB Issue #1 ($25 + applicable sales taxes + .75c processing fee), or simply RSVP (free, but required) and come and join the fun, grab a hot chai, and do some evening holiday shopping--our booksellers will be on hand to help you! Lady Grey Cake Design will also be here with a special "crumb" (get it?) cake offering that will be available for pre-order; please check back here soon for the pre-order link.
Issue 1 features articles about awe-inspiring pastry chefs and bakeries, as well as those who work for delicious pastry brands! It's packed with recipes by chefs and cookbook authors from all over the world, and filled with unique product features, roundups and articles - all about pastry! Recipe contributors include: Aran Goyoaga, Lauren Ko, Lady Grey, Ben's Bread, and many more!
