We are delighted to welcome Saeng Douangdara to the shop for an author talk, Q&A, and book signing on Wednesday, May 13th at 6:30pm to celebrate his debut cookbook, The Lao Kitchen. In this essential guide to Lao cooking, personal chef Saeng draws on his expertise and the food knowledge passed down from his family to share the beauty and history of Lao cuisine. Saeng will be in conversation with local author Kat Lieu (108 Asian Cookies).
