Book Larder is delighted to welcome author Nicki Sizemore to the shop on Monday, February 9th for an author talk to celebrate her new book Mind, Body, Spirit, Food : Adaptable Recipes and Grounding Meditations for Preparing Meals with Joy and Intention. Nicki is the author of Build-a-Bowl, as well as a culinary educator, and this new book offers 51 naturally gluten-free recipes that each include a mindfulness prompt. She will be in conversation with local author Aran Goyoaga.
