Author Dinner at the Whale Wins: Second Generation, Jeremy Salamon

Join us at The Whale Wins for an exciting evening celebrating Jeremy Salamon, James Beard nominated-chef and owner of Aji's Counter in Brooklyn, and his new cookbook! This dinner is a collaboration between Chef Jeremy and The Whale Wins and will feature a multi-course menu inspired by his Hungarian Jewish classics reimagined with an eye towards seasonality, market-driven ingredients and a touch of American influence.
