They will be joining us at the shop on Monday, September 28th, for an author talk and cooking demo to celebrate their new cookbook Honey & Co. Daily! In their latest book, Itamar and Sarit, known for their flavorful Middle Eastern inspired food, share more than 100 delicious, wholesome, and seasonal recipes based on the menu served at their Honey & Co. Daily cafe in Store Street, London. Join us for this author talk and demo as Itamar and Sarit cook a recipe from the book, followed by Q&A, and book signing/personalizing!

About the authors: Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer are award-winning restaurateurs and authors of several acclaimed cookbooks, including their debut Honey & Co. The Cookbook which was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, Food & Drink Cookery Book of The Year by Fortnum & Mason and won The Guild of Food Writer’s Award Winner for Best First Book. Their first Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, Honey & Co. opened in 2012 and they have since added a deli - Honey & Spice, a grill house – Honey & Smoke, and now Honey & Co.
