Join us as Morgan demonstrates techniques from the book, followed by Q&A, and book signing/personalizing!

Morgan is a Portland, Oregon based barista and creator who has amassed nearly 8 million fans sharing coffee tutorials, inventive drink recipes, and barista stories online. After landing a job at their local coffee shop as a teen, it didn’t take long for Morgan to fall in love with coffee, eventually entering the world of barista competitions. After several seasons of hard-learned lessons, Morgan won the title of U.S. Barista Champion, and eventually the titles of 2022 World Barista Runner-Up and two-time US Barista Runner-Up.

Now, Morgan shares their expertise in Coffee, For Here, covering coffee from bean to cup, origins, flavor profiles, and how coffee is grown, roasted, and tasted. They currently live in Portland, Oregon, and have the titles of 2022 US Barista Champion, World Barista Runner-Up, and two-time US Barista Runner-Up.
