In this updated edition, Pailin offers a definitive guide to understanding and cooking Thai food at home, with 75 delicious recipes we know and love from the first edition plus an all-new chapter! Pailin will be in conversation with local author and two-time James Beard Award winner J. Kenji López-Alt, who wrote the foreword for the book.
