Join us for a class with oysters and instruction from the fabulous Hama Hama Oyster Company! Hama Hama has been farming oysters and shellfish on the Olympic Peninsula since the 1950s. In this class, you'll learn about different species of oysters and how they're grown, taste a selection of local oysters, explore cooked oyster dishes for the holiday season, and get some practice shucking your own.
The menu includes: Raw Oyster Tasting, Baked Oysters with Herb Butter, Fried Oysters, and Cornbread-Oyster Stuffing with Squash & Smoked Sausage.
Class is limited to 11 people and is hands-on. Includes dinner.
