Knife Sharpening with Darin Gagner - October 3rd

We are excited to host Darin Gagner of Valley Sharp for a day of knife sharpening services at the shop on Friday, October 3rd! Sign up for a slot and browse our selection of cookbooks while Darin sharpens your knives (up to 5). 

How this works:

Follow this link to schedule your 20-minute slot. You may bring up to 4-5 knives for a standard sharpening. Note: drop-off sharpening will not be available for this session--by appointment only, please! 

Price + Payment: 

$2 per inch for any knife (with a $12 minimum), and repairs are offered at reasonable rates.

Receive a 50% discount on the sharpening for one knife with any Book Larder purchase (show receipt at time of payment)! 

About Valley Sharp:

Darin is a lifer in the restaurant industry and has been a cook, chef, and culinary educator for 25 years. He grew to love knives and sharpening and established Valley Sharp in 2022 to provide the best possible service for professionals and home cooks. When he's not in the kitchen, at the Tormek machine, or over his whetstones, he's with his sons in the woods or by a lake.
