Small Business Saturday at Book Larder!

Join us Small Business Saturday, November 29th to kick off the holiday season by shopping local and independent! We'll have exclusive in-store deals and treats, plus appearances from local authors and makers:

• 12pm-1pm: CookShelf founder and Seattleite Katie Thacher will be here to chat with customers about this fabulously useful app, and show you how to take it for a spin! If you're a cookbook collector, this incredible tool will help you to search your home library via book indexes, to quickly find recipes and utilize more of the cookbooks on your shelf.
• 2pm-3pm: Local author Cynthia Nims will join us for a book signing, celebrating her Essential Shellfish boxset (pre-order here) as well as the reissue of Crab (pre-order here)
• Local artist (and Book Larder's very own) Sophie Handler will be here all day long with her gorgeous hand linocut prints for sale!
