We are delighted to join Seattle author and three-time James Beard finalist Aran Goyoaga in hosting a virtual baking class celebrating her new book, The Art of Gluten-Free Bread on Sunday, November 9th from 10am - 1pm PT, live on Zoom! In this online class, you will learn how to make buttery, gluten-free brioche dough that you will then turn into a beautiful babka wreath to serve at the center of any holiday table. This special class offering with Aran is available to anyone who purchases a copy of The Art of Gluten-Free Bread from Book Larder (pre-order here) prior to November 6th, 2025, and will also support the vital initiatives of World Central Kitchen via a $10 donation per ticket sold.
How to get access to the class:
- Ticket cost is $10.75 ($10 goes to World Central Kitchen + .75c processing fee)
- This class is available to those who purchase a copy of The Art of Gluten-Free Bread from Book Larder only.

You must purchase your class ticket using the same email address that you use to order your copy of The Art of Gluten-Free Bread from Book Larder. The emails must match, otherwise we cannot verify your pre-order. Note: we ship books worldwide, and offer both autographing and personalization by Aran to the name of your choice!
- Closer to the event date, you will be provided with a Zoom link for the class.
How the class works:
- The class will run approximately 3 hours. It will be broadcast live on Zoom, and there will be the opportunity for audience Q&A with Aran via the Zoom chat. The class will be recorded, so you may access it again at a later date if you are unable to join the live class.
- You will be provided with an ingredient list ahead of time along with the Zoom access information.
- The recipes (Gluten-Free Brioche Dough + Chocolate Babka Wreath) can be made dairy-free, but there are eggs. A kitchen scale is highly recommended as the recipe is written in grams. You don't need special equipment, but a stand mixer and bench scraper are recommended.
