Book Larder is thrilled to welcome local cooking instructor and longtime friend of the store Omid Roustaei, The Caspian Chef, to celebrate his debut book, Bitter & Sweet: Global Flavors from an Iranian-American Kitchen! Omid will join us for an author talk and cooking demo on Thursday, February 6th at 6:30pm here at the shop. You'll get to try Omid's delicious food, and discover a world of flavors with recipes that blend Iranian dishes with global cuisines, accompanied by moving stories of Omid’s life and culinary journey from Iran to the US.
Reservations are non-refundable and include a signed copy of the $35.00 book. Applicable sales tax and a $0.75 transaction fee are also included.
