Known to millions as @ACookNamedMatt, Matt combines influences from his South Texas upbringing with years in Seattle's restaurant scene to create weeknight-friendly recipes that anyone can make at home. With an engaging, accessible style and bright, joyful photography, he teaches everyday cooks the techniques that make food faster, bolder, and better. Join us for this author talk and demo as Matt cooks a recipe from the book, followed by Q&A, and book signing/personalizing!
