Knife Sharpening with Darin Gagner - November 22nd

UPDATE: All same day knife sharpening slots are booked! Drop off your knives on November 22nd between 11am and 5:40pm for a 3-day turnaround to be picked up on November 25th. Any questions please email darin@valleysharp.com. 

We are so excited to host Darin Gagner of Valley Sharp for a day of knife sharpening services at the shop on November 22nd! Sign up for a slot and browse our selection of cookbooks while Darin sharpens your knives (up to 5). Have more knives or can't stick around? You can also drop your knives off to be picked up Monday, November 25th, right before Thanksgiving day prep. Email Darin at darin@valleysharp.com to set up. 

How this works:

Follow the link to schedule your 20-minute slot. You may bring up to 5 knives. If you want to drop off any number of knives for a three-day turnaround, just come in anytime on the Friday during our store hours. Your knives will be ready for pick up starting Monday, November 25th.

Price + Payment: 

$2 per inch for any knife (with a $12 minimum), and repairs are offered at reasonable rates.

Receive a free sharpening for one knife. with any Book Larder purchase of $100+ (show receipt at time of payment)! 

Payment accepted via cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal at time of collection (or drop-off for the week-turnaround option).

He grew to love knives and sharpening and established Valley Sharp in 2022 to provide the best possible service for professionals and home cooks. When he's not in the kitchen, at the Tormek machine, or over his whetstones, he's with his sons in the woods or by a lake.
