Menus is a series of, well, menus. Each contains a set of recipes for a multi-course dinner, well suited for a little dinner party. And with a plan to boot!
The working title for Menu No 10 was “Trash Fire”: recipes to be cooked and eaten around a bonfire. This will not be your best cooking; but it will be memorable.
The tenth cookbooklet in a series dedicated to dinner party menus. Each book contains a set of recipes for what could be a lovely party, including planning and pairing notes. Focusing on maximizing flavor while minimizing waste, the aim is to use ingredients that might otherwise be scrapped: lemon juice goes into one recipe, zest into another; parsley leaves for one, stems for another.
No worries if you pick and choose the recipes that speak to you; they’re all wonderful and can stand on their own.
